Carmen was born in Regina, Saskatchewan and grew up in White City and Emerald Park playing just about every team sport there is. Carmen attended the University of Regina where she completed her Bachelor of Kinesiology degree in 2016. Following graduation, Carmen became certified as a Clinical Exercise Physiologist with CSEP. She spent the first five years of her career working at the Dr. Paul Schwann Centre at the UofR before deciding to also become a Registered Massage Therapist in 2021. Carmen has a special interest in helping clients with lower back pain as well as stiffness and tightness of the upper back and neck. Carmen also particularly enjoys working with the senior population.
