I’m a passionate kinesiologist committed to helping individuals move better, feel stronger, and live healthier lives. I completed my Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology at the University of Lethbridge, where I built a strong foundation in exercise science while working as a teaching assistant in the university’s exercise lab. That hands-on experience strengthened both my technical knowledge and my ability to support others. With an extensive background in sport and years of gym experience, I understand both the science behind performance and the real-world challenges of pursuing health goals. I previously worked as a personal trainer for the Coaldale Copperheads, helping athletes improve strength, conditioning, and overall performance. I’m dedicated to improving health and wellness at every level — from rehabilitation to performance enhancement. My approach is supportive, practical, and results-driven. Outside of the clinic, I enjoy hockey, music, and continuing to challenge myself physically.
