Chris graduated from the University of British Columbia with his Bachelor of Kinesiology. Throughout his undergraduate degree, Chris worked as personal trainer and has experience working with individuals ranging from pediatrics to older adults, looking to gain strength, size, and general conditioning. Recently in 2022, Chris graduated from the University of Limerick in Ireland with his Masters of Science in Physiotherapy. With a strong interest in learning and treating various musculoskeletal conditions, particularly with the knee and shoulder, Chris provides an evidence-based approach to rehabilitation. Chris believes that exercise, fitness, and rehabilitation needs to be tailored to everyone based on their own needs and goals. He will work with you to create an individualized plan that is both enjoyable and engaging.
