Danny has been working as a Physiotherapist through Eastern Ontario since 2013. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and a Master of Science in Physical Therapy both from McGill University. He has as special interest in treating athletes of all levels and completed his Diploma in Sport Physiotherapy from Sport Physiotherapy Canada in 2019. While in University, Danny played Varsity Football for 2 seasons and achieved Academic All-Canadian Status in 2008. He then transitioned to becoming part of the Staff as a Student Physiotherapist for 4 seasons while he finished his degrees. He prides his Physiotherapy practice on being one of Manual Therapy and Exercise based treatment and has post-graduate continuing education to support this style. He holds post graduate courses in Manual Therapy Level 1 and 2 Lower Extremity from the Orthopaedics Division of the Canadian Physiotherapy Association, McKenzie Mechanical Diagnosis and Treatment (MDT) Levels A&B, Selective Functional Movement Analysis (SFMA), and Functional Dry Needling Levels 1&2. Danny has training in Concussion and Vestibular treatment with Certificates from Complete Concussion Management Inc., and 3 levels of R2P Concussion Management, along with a certificate in Vestibular Rehabilitation from The Dizziness and Balance Clinic. His special interest is working with golfers of all levels and recently volunteered as a Therapist with the PGA America’s Tour. He has his Titleist Performance Institute Medical Level 2 Certificate and is FitForeGolf levels 1-5 Certified. Aside from his time with Football and Golf, he has additional field experience working 4 seasons with Jr. A hockey; 1 season Jr. B Lacrosse; and local Highschool Football. He has covered community events for ScotDance Canada, Gymnastics, CrossFit Games, and race weekends. When not in the clinic, you can find Danny chasing after his two daughters, in the gym, or on the golf course. He is looking forward to helping you with all your physiotherapy needs!
