I'm Tatum Gates, certified massage therapist. Growing up as an athlete and working labor intensive jobs, I have a deep understanding of working through pain when going about your day. Receiving massages hasallowed me to continuedoing the things I love, be it one too many hours spent reading, gaming, or dancing. Focusing more on experiencing mindfulness, and learning to balance, instead of compromising. It's fascinating to me to see what stories our bodies have to tell, and to unwind the tension we unintentionally carry. I'd love to share with you what I've learned.
