I worked for over 3 years under the guidance of a Physcial Therapist. My clinical experience gave me the knowlege and skills to address various muscular dysfunctions. I have specialized in the more technical aspects of care. I have been thaught to work with pain and range of motion. My focus is to treat your problem with science based manual therapy solutions. I create sessions that are made your individual needs, but all have the same goal to restore and balance. I do this by creating space and movement in tissue that is restricted with appropriate space and movement so the body can align itself in a position of ease while establishing a sense of clarity and peace.

Zoned in pressure foot therapy. Reflexology is generally relaxing and may help alleviate stress. The theory behind reflexology is that areas of the foot correspond to organs and systems of the body. Pressure applied to the foot is believed to bring relaxation and healing to the corresponding area of the body. Each session includes hot towels and peppermint.
