Health is not a linear path. We are complex human beings and small consistent choices have a profound effect on our wellness. As a health practitioner, I believe there is no one size fits all fix. Using an integrative strategy to serve health care goals is essential in achieving a life of balance and well-being. My passion and interest in all things well and balanced began 25 years ago with a certification in massage therapy and yoga, and an interest in Ayurveda Medicine; which now inspires my osteopathic approach. I curate health plans that combine the modalities and science of osteopathy and massage therapy with the equally vital natural practices of movement, mindfulness, breath exercises and float water and steam therapy. My purpose is to foster balance within all the systems of the body and to create individual care and practices that keep you feeling good and moving well!
Where structure meets healing — and the whole body is heard. Your body is always trying to heal. This treatment helps it remember how. Osteopathic Massage takes a whole body approach to health — one that begins not with where it hurts, but with why. Through a detailed health history intake and thorough structural and functional assessment, we explore the relationship between how your body is organized and how it is functioning. In osteopathy we follow a simple but profound principle: structure governs function. When a structure is restricted — whether that is a joint, an organ, a nerve, or a fascial layer — function is affected. This treatment is designed to find what is blocking your body's natural capacity for health, and to address the structural and lifestyle factors quietly influencing your physiology. Who This Treatment Is For: Pain is often what brings people through the door — and that pain can take many forms: Headaches and migraines Back, neck, and joint pain Digestive discomfort and organ tension Muscle restriction and movement limitations Nervous system dysregulation and stress A general sense that your body is simply not functioning at its best If something feels off and you have not found answers yet — this is a good place to start. What to Expect: Your first session begins with a thorough conversation about your health history, followed by a full structural and functional assessment. From there, treatment is tailored entirely to what your body reveals. This is a fully clothed treatment. Osteopathic assessment and technique requires freedom of movement and access to the whole body. Please arrive wearing or bring clothing you are comfortable moving and being treated in — fitted, relaxed clothing works best. We are not here to manage your symptoms. We are here to find what is blocking your health — and clear the path forward. Initial and follow-up appointments are 60 minutes unless otherwise indicated by treatment plan.
