Daisy Harrison is an acupuncture student intern pursuing her Doctorate in Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine, mother, and devoted student of Daoist and Classical Chinese Medicine. After initially studying Western biomedical sciences, she felt called toward a more holistic approach that seeks to understand the whole person rather than simply treating individual symptoms. Her path to Chinese medicine was unexpected. What began as a final attempt to find answers through acupuncture became a profound turning point, revealing a system of healing rooted in balance, nature, and the body’s innate ability to restore itself. Over the past decade, Daisy has immersed herself in the study of Classical Chinese Medicine through mentorship, hands-on training, and direct experience. She is a licensed and board-certified massage therapist with training in Oriental medical massage, an Acupuncture Detoxification Specialist, a volunteer with Acupuncturists Without Borders, and is currently pursuing her doctorate in Oriental Medicine. As an acupuncture student intern, Daisy has a special interest in women’s health, fertility, and cosmetic acupuncture. She is passionate about helping patients cultivate lasting health and natural beauty by supporting the body’s innate ability to restore balance from within.
