Eva is a Registered Massage Therapist and a graduate of the Langara RMT Program. Her interest in holistic healing drives her to continuously refine her approach to support patients’ overall well-being. She takes a personalized, patient-centered approach to treatment, tailoring each session to her patients’ unique needs. Her techniques include myofascial release, craniosacral therapy, active release, neuromuscular techniques, deep tissue therapy, muscle energy techniques, manual lymph drainage (neck and face), and hydrotherapy. Her sessions include a health history review, physical assessment, hands-on treatment, and home-care exercises. With a background in design and project management, Eva enjoys applying her problem-solving skills to develop treatment plans that supports her patient’s health and recovery.
