Originally from Ottawa, Ontario, Laura moved to Nova Scotia, where she earned a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology with a specialization in Athletic Therapy from Acadia University. Laura’s experience in athletic therapy deepened her interest in manual therapy, inspiring her to pursue a career in massage therapy here in BC. She’s drawn to this field because it allows her to help others while continuously learning and growing in her practice. Laura has a particular passion for working with athletes and pediatric clients, and is excited to bring this expertise to her practice. Laura uses various techniques in her treatments, including myofascial release, deep tissue massage, general Swedish massage, and trigger point therapy. Laura can’t wait to begin this journey with you and looks forward to meeting you all very soon!
