Danielle has been a Physiotherapist with APEX Physio since 2014. She earned her BA (Hons) in Kinesiology and Health Science from York University in Canada before completing her BSc (Hons) in Physiotherapy at the University of East London in the UK. In 2020, Danielle completed a Postgraduate Diploma in Sports Physical Therapies through the International Olympic Committee, further developing her expertise while working with Bermuda’s national-level athletes. Danielle has extensive experience supporting elite sport. She has travelled internationally as Team Physiotherapist with the Bermuda Football Association’s women’s teams and the Bermuda National Senior Men’s Cricket Team. She has also represented the Bermuda Olympic Association at major multi-sport events, including the Pan American Games in Lima (2019) and the Commonwealth Games in Birmingham (2022). She holds certifications in Dry Needling and Functional Movement Systems (FMS). Danielle’s clinical interests include Dance Medicine, Concussion Management, and Vestibular Rehabilitation. Her treatment approach combines hands-on manual therapy, targeted exercise rehabilitation, and patient education, empowering individuals to take an active role in their recovery and achieve long-term health and performance.

Injury Assessment

Assessment Policy If you have not been seen at APEX for 3 months or more, or if you present with a new or recurring injury, a new assessment will be required. If you book an appointment and our team determines that an assessment is necessary, we will do our best to accommodate this within your scheduled time. However, in some cases this may require two appointments or a rebooking to ensure you receive the best possible care.
