I have been practicing massage therapy since 2005. I love this work & strongly believe in massage therapy as a viable healing modality. My work consists of Swedish massage with some deep work where needed. I constantly throw in other modalities such as myofascial, myoskeletal, trigger point and Esalen techniques in order to tailor each massage to each of my clients individual needs. I also provide maternity massage and chair massage. I am always striving to update and upgrade my skill set to better serve my clients needs. My goal is to provide the most appropriate bodywork for each massage, for each client in a safe, professional and compassionate environment. I am honored to be a part of your healing experience and process.
This massage is customized to each client's individual needs. I mix Swedish, deep tissue, myofascial & myoskeletal techniques. I also vary my pressure according to the client's needs throughout the session. 60 min sessions are for clients with 1-2 problem areas that need to be addressed within the hour. Hot stones & targeted cupping, Mineralgia, & aromatherapy are included in this service automatically if the client wants this for their session.
