Using my hands with good intentions. With 7 years experience with massage and bodywork I intend to help each patient live a less stressed life. I attended the Universal Therapeutic Massage Institute in 2015. From there I have taken classes in various modalities to further my knowledge of the body and how to help facilitate healing.
Smooth stones are heated and then lubricated with oil or essential oils, the therapeutic effects of heat are used to relax muscles more deeply. Used as an extension of the therapist’s hands, the use of massage stones induces deep relaxation and provides a unique experience many find to be tremendously calming and centering. $40 cancellation fee less than 24hrs of appointment.
