I have been a licensed massage therapist since 2002, focusing my career on injury recovery and treating musculoskeletal conditions using many techniques and modalities. Over the years I have built relationships with Chiropractors and MD's, to help clients recover after car accidents, work related injuries, and surgeries. A few of the things I specialize in are retrograde lymphatic movement, myofascial release, positional release and trigger point techniques. I also hold certificates in kinesiology taping, cupping, and strength training. I often use manual therapy techniques to help with things like scar tissue adhesions and tendonitis I believe no two bodies are the same, and your massage should be tailored to your needs.
