Krista grew up in Antigonish County. She graduated from St.FX in 1995 and then went on to graduate from Dalhousie University with a Bachelor of Science Physiotherapy in 1998. After graduating, Krista worked in Halifax at a private practice for a couple of years then moved to the South Shore where she gained many years of experience working in both private practice and in hospital physiotherapy. Krista has completed many post graduate physiotherapy courses throughout her career, including training in manual therapy, Mulligan mobilization, Sahrman Muscle Imbalance and impairment, acupuncture, vestibular rehabilitation and neurodevelopmental treatment. She believes in an active approach to rehabilitation and empowering her clients with the knowledge to help them maximize their recovery.
