At her core, Cecilia is a caregiver who believes strongly in self-care. She loves receiving massage, attending kundalini yoga classes, and will always find time to chase the sunrise and sunset. She is an avid road cyclist, with aspirations of becoming a great mountain biker, and cyclo-cross rider. Lymphatic Drainage
Manual lymphatic drainage (MLD) is a type of gentle massage which is intended to encourage the natural drainage of the lymph, which carries waste products away from the tissues back toward the heart. MLD effectively reduces traumatic and post-surgical swelling. MLD can also provide symptomatic relief of migraine headaches, fibromyalgia, rheumatoid arthritis, scleroderma, reflex sympathetic dystrophy (RSD), stress, fatigue, and more.
