For Meg, massage therapy is more than a treatment it’s a conversation with the body. With nearly 20 years of experience in health and wellness, her work blends clinical skill with intuitive care to help clients feel more connected, balanced and at ease. Her journey began in 2006 as a yoga teacher in Thailand, Montreal and then the Yukon (where she is from). These roots in breath and movement shaped her approach to health and wellness. In 2012 she completed the Registered Massage Therapy Program and began her clinical practice focusing on prenatal care in Vancouver, BC. She has been based on Saltspring Island since 2018. Meg offers treatments that draw from a wide range of techniques including breath work, trigger point therapy, myofascial techniques, joint mobilization, craniosacral therapy, Swedish, deep tissue and prenatal care. Common concerns she supports include stress, TMJ dysfunction, headaches, insomnia, tendonitis, rotator cuff injuries, MVA accidents, sciatica, neck and back pain as well as relieve any discomfort throughout the many stages of pregnancy. She’s passionate about continuing education and has trained internationally - from Oregon to Costa Rica, El Salvador, Montreal, Vancouver and Thailand - constantly deepening her practice. Meg’s intention is to offer a space where healing happens gently, naturally and in rhythm with your own body’s wisdom.
