Dr. Speer-McBean studied at the University of Waterloo in the Honours Co-op Kinesiology program after which she was accepted into the 4 year Doctor of Chiropractic program. She graduated from Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in 1993 with Clinic Honours. Dr. Speer-McBean then went on to study acupuncture and became certified in Occupational Health (the prevention, assessment and management of workplace injuries). Dr. Speer-McBean has been in practice for 25 years and loves being a Chiropractor! She says, “It’s a great feeling to know that every day my goal is to help people become healthier, feel better and achieve a more active life”. She uses manual diversified adjusting techniques, exercise prescription and enjoys focusing on posture correction. Married and mother of three, she also enjoys skiing, mountain biking, travelling and spending time with her family and friends in her spare time.
