Born and raised in the Western New York area, Dr. Nick is excited to share his expertise with the city that raised him! Dr. Nick was first introduced to Chiropractic following a car accident as a kid. Once his injuries recovered. Dr. Nick continued treatments to help with performance and wellness. After thriving in the biological sciences in school. He then decided to pursue chiropractic as a career. Though trained to treat patients of all ages, Dr. Nick has a passion for working with athletes and active individuals. Many of Dr. Nick’s current patients are Marathon runners, triathletes, bodybuilders, powerlifters, boxers, MMA fighters, soccer players and the list goes on. What Dr. Nick loves most about working with this population is educating them on the benefits of chiropractic care on performance and overall health, paired with their desire to constantly be better and better. Though chiropractic focuses on the spine, it can have an impact on every joint in the body and can be essential in an efficient rehabilitation and recovery plan. Through a combination of adjusting and soft tissue techniques, Dr. Nick tailors his care to each individual patient. Dr. Nick also likes to emphasize quality over quantity in terms of his treatments; spending more time with clients at a lesser frequency for a more active type of care plan. Dr. Nick also has a passion for working with Headache sufferers. Many patients who have had headaches or migraines have never had an X-ray of their neck, or been referred to a Chiropractor. Not only can chiropractic have an effect on the muscles and joints of the upper neck and head, but can also help address other behavioral and environmental triggers. Dr. has taught in numerous schools in the area including: Trocaire College, SUNY NCCC, and the New York Institute of Massage. He currently is an Clinical Assistant Instructor with D'Youville University's Doctor of Chiropractic Program, which he also graduated from in 2018! Dr. Nick currently lives in North Tonawanda with his wife, daughter Georgiana and two Pug mixes, Baxter and Pudge. When not teaching or adjusting, Dr. Nick enjoys movies, music, binging TV shows, exercising, sports, the Bills and is a major comic book nerd.
At your new patient visit Dr. Brenda Covell or Dr. Nick Jones will review your health history, conduct a thorough chiropractic exam and provide a recommendation for appropriate care and treatment. Unless further imaging is required, treatment is provided at first visit.
