Jay’s intention is to provide a safe, connected, and nurturing space that welcomes the foundation for clients to be present and centered in their healing journey. Whether you are looking to meet long term goals of shifting pain and structural imbalance or looking to relax and settle your nervous system Jay is excited to work with you to create a plan that is uniquely supportive.

Smooth stones are heated and then lubricated with oil or essential oils, the therapeutic effects of heat are used to relax muscles more deeply. Used as an extension of the therapist’s hands, the use of massage stones induces deep relaxation and provides a unique experience many find to be tremendously calming and centering.
