Stany is a Registered Massage Therapist who graduated with Honours from Trillium College in Ontario, completing a 2200-hour massage therapy program. After moving to Airdrie, Alberta in 2023, she continues to support clients with a therapeutic, client-focused approach designed to help people move better and feel their best. With a strong personal passion for fitness — including yoga, Pilates, and biking — Stany understands the importance of movement, recovery, and maintaining balance in everyday life. She incorporates a range of treatment modalities including therapeutic massage, dynamic cupping, gua sha, bamboo stick therapy, Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD), hot stone massage, RAPID NFR and pre- and post-natal care. Whether clients are experiencing tension or pain, seeking support through pregnancy and postpartum recovery, or looking for ongoing maintenance for an active lifestyle, her goal is to provide effective, thoughtful care that promotes long-term wellness.

Lymphatic Drainage
MLD involves the use of gentle manual maneuvers to aid in the recirculation of body fluids. While the exact amount of pressure applied depends on the area and pathology involved, it usually equates to very little pressure. Using this technique, trained therapists are able to detect the specific rhythm, direction, depth and quality of the lymph flow anywhere in the body.
