Stany is a Registered Massage Therapist who graduated with Honours from Trillium College in Ontario, completing a 2200-hour massage therapy program. After moving to Airdrie, Alberta in 2023, she continues to support clients with a therapeutic, client-focused approach designed to help people move better and feel their best. With a strong personal passion for fitness — including yoga, Pilates, and biking — Stany understands the importance of movement, recovery, and maintaining balance in everyday life.
