Krina graduated from Royal Canadian College of Massage therapy, in North York, Toronto. She holds a Registered Massage Therapy Certificate (RMT) qualified by CMTO as well as is Registered Acupuncturist (R.Ac). She is passionate about supporting individuals who are looking to prioritize their physical health and well being. Krina utilizes client-centered approach and evidence-based treatment, with treatment based on individual needs and self care recommendations suited to their goals. Krina has studied a variety of massage techniques, approaches and modalities accompanying a thorough understanding of human body. During treatment, Krina incorporates therapeutic techniques such as Swedish massage, trigger point therapy, hydrotherapy, myofascial release and other advance techniques. Krina is a firm believer in the human body’s organizational intelligence and regenerative resilience. She can use acupuncture intertwined in her massage therapy practice as a tool which can be particularly beneficial for various arthritic and neural conditions. Krina takes great care to educate her clients about proper posture, pain control and long-term management of health and wellness.
