I graduated from The Vancouver College of Massage Therapy with honours in 2022. I spent my youth playing high-level soccer with the Canadian Youth National Team. I have a lot of experience dealing with extensive knee/ shoulder injuries, surgeries, and the process of recovery. Soccer led me to teaching yoga, which played a big part in my transition from sports, and the healing journey therein. My treatment style is a blend of my athletic background while bringing my naturally calm and relaxed energy. have also done extra training in Cranio-Sacral Therapy. I look forward to meeting you!
