My career in wellness began in the Lowcountry at my local college’s Health Science program, studying therapeutic massage. I particularly enjoy doing detailed work, deep tissue, and sports massage. My massage incorporates a broad range of techniques, including neuromuscular therapy, trigger point therapy, positional release, and various muscle lengthening applications, such as a pin and stretch. My philosophy with body work is that thoroughness and well balanced body work will yield the best results. I enjoy being in movement such as yoga and hiking and consider movement to be a valuable tool in massage.
