I am a Massage therapist since 2007. Ten years of which I worked at the Norwich Inn and spa. My former occupation as a landscape gardener provided me the impetus to seek pain relief. This also led me to become a yoga teacher. Of the many techniques and modalities I enjoy giving relaxation and feeling of peace to my clients. I enjoy providing reiki and craniosacral therapy as well. I believe in the bodies natural ability to heal and hope to support and assist you in that process.Namaste
