I’ve spent most of my life living in Alberta, although I was born in Poland. My family came to Canada when I was almost 4 years old and have been living in Edmonton ever since. After finishing high school, I completed some post secondary in Business studies at Grant MacEwan, a Personal Training certification from the international Sport and Science Association and completed the 3000 hour Massage Therapy program at MaKami College. This education has solidified my understanding of how the body functions, in movement and at rest. Since graduating in 2017, I’ve focused my practice on Fascial Decompression. Working very deep into the tissue, but gently, offering a different approach to the “traditional massage”. I’m also working towards becoming certified in Kinetic Massage, which allows for movement and stretching along with traditional massage techniques. These two modalities are incredibly effective and have a relaxing and therapeutic effect on pain and tension. I am very excited to bring this knowledge to RecovrPhysio. My goal is to incorporate my education into a specialized treatment plan and get clients moving and feeling better long term.
