Carina completed her Master of Physical Therapy and Bachelor of Kinesiology degree at the University of British Columbia. She has achieved Level 1 Advanced Integrated Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy Program certification. Inspiration to become a physiotherapist stem from Carina’s experience with injury prevention, rehabilitation, and movement as a former competitive figure skater and figure skating coach. During her education, Carina has worked with a wide range of populations with the aim and passion to help individuals improve in their function, mobility, and quality of life. Using a combination of manual therapy, education, and exercise, Carina is dedicated to developing individualized treatment plans in collaboration with each client to support their goals. Carina is fluent in English and conversational in Cantonese. Outside of the clinic, she enjoys going on long walks, running, playing piano, and finding the best food spots in Vancouver.
