Dr. Izzie Ledet is a licensed Naturopathic Physician practicing in the Sea to sky corridor. Dr. Ledet takes an evidence-informed, patient-centered approach to care, combining the best available research with individualized treatment plans. She believes in the power of preventative medicine and addressing the root cause of illness while treating the whole person. She is passionate on empowering patients at every stage of their health journey and working together to create realistic and sustainable treatment plans that help patients reach their unique health goals and thrive! Her goal is to create a safe supportive environment where patients feel heard, hopeful and empowered about their health. Dr. Ledet has many clinical interests in a primary care based practice. She has a passion for treating stress, burnout and fatigue as well as hormonal and metabolic women’s health conditions such as hypo and hyperthyroidism, endometriosis, PMOS (PCOS), PMDD and (peri)menopause. She also enjoys supporting individuals and couples navigate both male and female fertility. Born and raised on Vancouver island, she completed her undergraduate degree at the University of Victoria with a bachelor degree in Microbiology before earning her Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine from the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine. She has completed additional certification in intravenous (IV) therapy, including iron infusions and holds prescriptive authority. Dr. Ledet is licensed by the College of Complementary Health Professionals of BC (CCHPBC) and is a member of the Canadian Association of Naturopathic Doctors (CAND) and the British Columbia Naturopathic Association (BCND). Outside the clinic you’ll find Dr. Ledet exploring the mountains around Squamish - running, hiking and skiing, tending to her garden or trying out new recipes in the kitchen.
