Dr. Sage was born and raised in Iowa before attending Palmer College of Chiropractic in Port Orange, FL where he fell in love with the Florida sun and ultimately decided to stay. Before pursuing a career in chiropractic, Dr. Sage worked as a strength and conditioning coach at both the high school and college levels. During that time he realized enhancing the nervous system was a much more effective tool in driving greater results in performance and reducing both pain and injuries, this is what ultimately lead him to pursue a career in chiropractic, to bring these techniques to not only to help athletes perform and feel their best, but also the everyday person. Dr. Sage now spends his free time helping Aubrey Rogers High School as the football athletic performance coach as well as an assistant track and field coach.
