Initial Consultation & Acupuncture Treatment

In your first appointment, your acupuncturist will talk with you about your primary health concern and your overall health history. They then do a comprehensive physical assessment, followed by an acupuncture treatment. The treatment is 10-45 minutes and may include filiform needling, non-insertion needling, heat therapy, cupping, mobilization, and massage. After this, you will sit down with your acupuncturist and discuss their assessment findings, a plan for treatment that works for you, and any other advice that may help support your health and wellbeing.
