Meet Fiona! Her love and care for helping others inspired her to pursue massage therapy training at Protege College. Fiona's goal with every patient is to help them recover safely and quickly. She believes in empowering clients with positive lifestyle changes and offers remedial exercises to prevent future flare-ups from helping her clients maintain healthy lives. She utilizes a broad range of massage techniques in her practice, including Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, trigger point release, and hydrotherapy. Fiona is a member and in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO); she has a passion for massage therapy and how it can help others find therapeutic pain relief. She is happy to be here at Main Street Wellness Clinic and looking forward to caring for our patients.
