Anastasiia is a Kinesiologist and Registered Massage Therapist who graduated from the University of British Columbia with a Bachelor of Kinesiology in 2019 and later completed the RMT program at Vancouver College of Massage Therapy. She combines active rehabilitation with hands-on treatment to help clients reduce pain, improve movement, and return to the activities they enjoy with confidence. Her clinical interests include the nervous system, movement patterns, chronic tension, injury rehabilitation, and strength-based recovery. Anastasiia has completed additional training in Integrative Movement System Foundations, NeuroKinetic Therapy Level 1, and Concussion Works Management. Originally from Ukraine and having lived in China for many years, Anastasiia is fluent in English, Russian, and Mandarin Chinese. Outside the clinic, she enjoys dancing, skiing, strength training, exploring nature, and trying new Asian restaurants around Vancouver.
