Her postgraduate education has supported a deeper understanding of how physical trauma and emotional stress patterns may manifest in the body. She works with individuals experiencing: Musculoskeletal pain and tension, headaches and jaw-related discomfort, pre/post-surgical recovery support, women's health, persistent or complex pain presentations with known/unknown causes, joint mobility, visceral, fascial and cranial fascial connections for pain and dysfunction in the body. Treatment is individualized and incorporates gentle, hands-on techniques that support the body’s natural capacity for regulation and recovery. Children and youth are welcome with parent or guardian supervision. Children are treated while fully clothed in comfortable, lightweight, non-restrictive apparel. Massage therapy for pediatric patients may support: Muscle tension, postural strain, head and neck discomfort, digestive-related tension patterns, sleep-related muscular tension, visceral and cranial connections for pain and dysfunction.
