My physical therapy practice is strongly influenced by looking at the body as one whole unit. It’s more than just aligning one area with the rest—it’s about understanding the full picture of where you’re at, what’s causing pain or discomfort, and creating a treatment plan that fits your needs right now. I love working with clients to reach their goals, whether it’s recovering from acute or chronic pain, a sports injury, neurological issues, or postural imbalances. My goal is to help you move better and feel better through a mix of hands-on therapy and body awareness. I use a combination of deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, stretching, and mobility work, plus techniques like cupping, to help improve movement and reduce pain. Every treatment is tailored to your specific needs, and I work with you to make real progress toward your goals. I believe in working together with you to restore mobility and function. If we can see a difference after just one session, imagine how much more we could do if stretching and movement became part of your regular routine!
