I have always been drawn to working with people, helping them in some way, whether it's through fitness, massage or skin care. I love working with my hands and I also love the human body and how we can heal ourselves. Massage lets me do all the things I enjoy! I specialize in sciatic nerve pain, headaches and neck pain. I have suffered from chronic headaches and want to help others improve their everyday living. My spa, The Beauty Nest, is located in Caroline Forest, off of Postal Way, inside Palms Chiropractic. In addition to massage, I also offer facials, chemical peels and microdermabrasion. When I am not at the spa, you can find me walking along the beach or teaching fitness classes!
