Justyn holds a Bachelor of Arts in Kinesiology from the University of Western Ontario and studied at the University of Toronto where he completed his Master’s of Science in Physical Therapy. His interest to pursue physiotherapy stemmed from a severe ankle injury sustained in high school. While undergoing physiotherapy, he learned how valuable and meaningful the profession was in helping people learn about their bodies, as he saw how exercise was being used to help people get back to their daily lives. Justyn always wanted to pursue a career that gives back to the community, and he immediately saw that this was the perfect career for him. Justyn’s passion for physiotherapy stems from a deep respect for the body’s remarkable ability to adapt and heal. He believes that building strength not only boosts performance but also fosters resilience and reduces injury risk. Grounded in evidence-based practice, Justyn stays up to date with the latest research to ensure his treatments are both effective and personalized. He prioritizes education and collaboration, taking the time to help patients understand their condition and empowering them through tailored treatment plans. Justyn uses a combination of hands-on and exercise-based therapy to create personalized treatment plans for each individual with the goal to return them to the activity they love. Outside the clinic, Justyn stays active as an avid pickleball player. He also likes to lift weights, as well as play tennis and basketball. During his down time, Justyn loves to listen to music, try out new restaurants around the GTA, and spend time with his friends and family. He is deeply committed to lifelong learning and actively pursues ongoing professional development to ensure his patients receive the highest standard of care.
