Attain Physiotherapy & Sport Performance Centre
Julian is a Registered Physiotherapist with a strong interest in movement, sports performance, and injury recovery. He completed his Master of Physical Therapy at Western University in London, Ontario after earning a B.Sc. in Kinesiology from McMaster University. His background includes treating a wide range of orthopedic and sports-related injuries, with a particular focus on ankles, knees, and shoulders in athletic populations! Julian’s rehabilitation approach is active, results-driven, and tailored to each individual. He combines exercise-based therapy, manual therapy techniques, and education to support recovery and improve performance — whether a person is returning to sport, managing a persistent issue, or aiming to move more efficiently. Growing up playing competitive soccer and dealing with his own injuries has given Julian firsthand insight into the impact that effective rehab can have. He continues to play soccer and enjoys being active outdoors, including hiking and trail running. Outside of the clinic, Julian is an avid sports fan (Go Raptors and Leafs!), and he enjoys downtime with good shows, board games, and spending time with friends. Julian is excited to be part of the team at Attain Physiotherapy and Sport Performance Centre and working with the sporting community in Newfoundland!
