Dr. Emily Carr’s primary goal is to help her patients get back to moving and stay moving. She completed her undergrad with Honours in Human Kinetics at the University of Guelph and her Doctor of Chiropractic degree at the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in Toronto. Emily aims to help her patients achieve their goals by managing pain, building self-efficacy, and fostering resilience. Dr. Carr isn’t only an expert in spinal health but is knowledgeable when it comes to all joints and muscles in the body! She incorporates a variety of manual therapy techniques into her treatment plans, such as manipulations, instrument assisted soft tissue therapy, integrated needling/acupuncture and MRT. When Emily isn’t treating patients, you’ll find her in a CrossFit class, running by Lake Simcoe or tending to her house plants.
