Massage
Swedish massage is the most widely used style of relaxation massage found in spas. Combining lighter, fluid strokes with relaxing rhythm, Swedish massage is designed to melt away your worries and leave you refreshed. Traditionally offered as a full body treatment, Swedish is a great fit for those who prefer lighter pressure and are looking for relaxation and relief from minor aches and pains.
Lymphatic Drainage
Lymphatic Drainage massage is a medical modality that uses flowing strokes and skin movement to increase lymphatic motion rather than targeting muscle tension. Can be used as part of decongestive therapy to treat lymphedema, and is helpful for many other conditions such as migraines, joint swelling, and lymphedema prevention for post oncology patients. Willow does not perform wrapping or compression garment application for lymphedema, and does require doctor's permission for those with lymphedema.
