Kiera is a Registered Massage Therapist and Osteopathic Manual Practitioner. She recently completed her osteopathic studies at the 5-year Sutherland-Chan School of Osteopathy (formerly Canadian College of Osteopathy). She also holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Kinetics with a minor in Neuroscience from the University of Guelph. She aims to use her vast anatomy and physiology knowledge and growing manual therapy techniques to best address her client’s wellness goals. She has a special interest in women's health/pelvic health, though her practice currently remains open to all phases and stages of life. Kiera employs critical thinking to determine the cause of injury or dysfunction in order to provide long-term relief. Using her assessment and manipulation skills with a combination of fascial, soft tissue and mobilization techniques, she aims to restore balance within the body, promote healing and provide therapeutic treatment.
