Kiera is a Registered Massage Therapist and Osteopathic Manual Practitioner. She recently completed her osteopathic studies at the 5-year Sutherland-Chan School of Osteopathy (formerly Canadian College of Osteopathy). She also holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Kinetics with a minor in Neuroscience from the University of Guelph. She aims to use her vast anatomy and physiology knowledge and growing manual therapy techniques to best address her client’s wellness goals. She has a special interest in women’s health/pelvic health, though her practice currently remains open to all phases and stages of life. Kiera employs critical thinking to determine the cause of injury or dysfunction in order to provide long-term relief. Using her assessment and manipulation skills with a combination of fascial, soft tissue and mobilization techniques, she aims to restore balance within the body, promote healing and provide therapeutic treatment.
Massage Therapy
PLEASE NOTE: as of JUNE 1ST 2026, there will be a PRICE INCREASE to $140.00 Kiera provides assessment and treatment that combines osteopathic techniques with massage therapy. The assessment evaluates posture, range of motion and areas of tension or discomfort. Based on the findings, Kiera applies a combination of soft tissue mobilization, myofascial release, joint mobilization, cranio-sacral therapy and visceral mobilization to address the identified issues. The treatment aims to improve mobility, reduce pain, and restore balance, supporting the body’s natural healing processes and promoting overall well-being.
Osteopathy
Osteopathic concepts & techniques will be used during assessment and treatment. This includes a combination of soft tissue mobilization, myofascial release, joint mobilization, craniosacral therapy and visceral mobilization to address the body's imbalances and facilitate optimal structural support.
