I’m a positive and energetic massage therapist with a passion for healing the human body. As a lifelong athlete, my experiences in sports like basketball, volleyball, track & field, and skiing sparked my interest in anatomy and injury recovery. After spending time with skilled manual practitioners during my own rehabilitation, I was inspired to pursue a career where I could help others feel and move their best—both physically and mentally. My treatment style is patient-focused and blends general Swedish massage techniques with deep trigger point therapy, myofascial release, stretching, cupping, and joint mobilizations. I have a special interest in sports and exercise-related injuries, TMD/TMJD, chronic neck tension, and headaches. Outside of work, I strive to maintain a healthy and balanced lifestyle through functional fitness and yoga. I’m an avid reader and enjoy learning about self-care and injury rehabilitation—topics I’m always exploring to better support my clients. I love spending quality time with my partner and our three dogs, whether we’re out for a walk, exploring nature, or just relaxing at home. You’ll often find me at the gym, curled up with a good book, or enjoying downtime with family and friends.
