My name is Laura Suddith, I started my massage therapy journey in 2022. I went to massage school at the Cincinnati school of medical of massage, I am licenses in Ohio and Kentucky. I am certified in hot stone, and cupping. The type of massage I do is therapeutic massage because whatever tool is needed, I am willing to use to help my client feel at their best. I believe Massage is necessary to have in your health routine because it helps with if you have sore muscles, emotional health if you have a lot going on, and even just want to relax for the day.
Therapeutic Massage combines massage modalities including Swedish, deep tissue, stretching, contrast treatments (warm/ cold) , oils or lotion with an array of strokes such as rolling, kneading, and percussion to help the body improve its circulation. The benefits of this type of bodywork are wide-ranging and include relief from aches and pains, decreased stress levels in the body, enhanced mental clarity, improved appearance, ROM (range of motion), and greater flexibility
