Your acupuncturist will initiate the session by posing a series of questions grounded in Traditional Chinese Medicine Diagnosis. These inquiries are designed to guide your practitioner in formulating the most effective treatment plan tailored to your needs. Additionally, you'll discuss your health history and treatment goals. Subsequently, your therapist will provide guidance on whether any clothing needs to be adjusted or removed before you lie down on the table for the treatment to commence. The needles employed during the session are sterile, single-use (disposed of afterward), and exceptionally thin, ensuring minimal discomfort upon insertion. Depending on your specific case, supplementary therapies such as cupping and gua-sha may be incorporated into the treatment.
