Anup Dhaliwal completed her Bachelor of Kinesiology at the University of British Columbia before pursuing her Doctor of Physiotherapy degree at Bond University in Australia. Her practice is grounded in evidence-based care, and she designs individualized rehabilitation programs to help patients move comfortably and reach their goals. Anup’s treatments typically include manual therapy, hands-on techniques, and targeted therapeutic exercises. During her training, she gained experience in a wide range of settings, including pre- and post-operative orthopedic rehabilitation, women’s health and pelvic floor therapy, in-clinic training, athletic taping, and the management of general musculoskeletal injuries. She especially enjoys helping patients with lower back pain, ankle and knee issues, neck and shoulder conditions, vertigo, and sports-related injuries. Anup has been active in sports throughout her life, particularly basketball and rugby. She continues to stay involved by playing competitive basketball, training at the gym, and practicing bhangra. She also works closely with athletes at both recreational and competitive levels, applying strength and conditioning principles to support their performance and recovery.
