With over two decades of experience in fitness, education, and coaching, Leah Kaluta is a Certified Clinical Exercise Physiologist and strength and conditioning coach dedicated to helping people move better, feel stronger, and live healthier lives. She is currently completing her second Masters (thesis based) after also achieving a Masters of Kinesiology at the University of Calgary. Her research explores the impact of heavy strength training in post-menopausal women - a reflection of her passion for evidence-based approaches to long-term health and performance. Leah’s career spans coaching varsity athletes, teaching in personal training diploma programs, and developing inclusive, individualized training plans for clients of all backgrounds. She has held teaching and coaching roles at Mount Royal University, University of Calgary, Elevated Learning Academy, and of course, Vital Performance Care. Whether she’s guiding a team in the gym or a classroom of future fitness professionals, Leah leads with a client-centred mindset and a commitment to sustainable, science-driven results.
