Dr. Reis is a Naturopathic Doctor with a medical degree from the UK, and her mission is simple: to help you feel balanced, resilient, and energized from the inside out. She has been in practice for over 5 years, and if you’re struggling with IBS, Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD), food sensitivities, weight issues, hormonal problems such as PCOS, chronic stress, acne, eczema, insomnia, pre-diabetes or diabetes, stress eating, anxiety, or depression, she can help you uncover and correct the root cause(s), so you can finally experience real and lasting change. Her approach is warm, compassionate, and deeply supportive - but also clear, honest, and straightforward. She will listen carefully, care about your experience, and will always meet you where you are. At the same time, she’ll be direct when it matters, because meaningful healing requires truth, clarity, and consistency. She will give you the guidance you need, not just what’s easy. If you want a doctor who will both support you and hold you accountable, you’ll feel right at home with her. Over the years, she has guided countless patients through simple but powerful shifts in diet, mindset, and lifestyle. These changes require commitment, but that commitment is exactly what leads to meaningful, long-term transformation. When you consistently show up for yourself, your physical, mental, and emotional health will strengthen in ways you can feel every single day—and she’ll be right there to guide, encourage, and challenge you when needed. If this resonates with you, then you’re exactly the kind of client she’s here for. Through education, support, accountability, and a personalized approach, she’ll help you move toward the vibrant health and balanced life you deserve. She looks forward to working with you!

Initial Naturopathic Appointment (In Person)

An initial 60-minute naturopathic visit is a comprehensive, in-depth session designed to understand you as a whole person—not just your symptoms. We begin with a detailed conversation about your main health concerns, when they started, what makes them better or worse, and how they impact your daily life. We’ll explore your full health history, including digestion, hormones, stress levels, sleep, energy, mood, immune function, and any past diagnoses or medications. Family history is also reviewed to identify patterns and predispositions. Beyond physical health, we look at lifestyle foundations: nutrition, relationship with food, movement, work-life balance, emotional wellbeing, and stress resilience. This helps uncover root causes and contributing factors rather than simply managing symptoms. If appropriate, we may discuss functional or conventional lab testing to gather more information. You’ll leave with an initial personalized plan that may include dietary guidance (often focused on anti-inflammatory, whole foods), targeted supplements, lifestyle strategies, and practical next steps.
