Physiomoves Physiotherapy Clinic
1599 128th St, Surrey, BC, V4A 3V1
Alice completed both her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Physiotherapy at McGill University. While there she juggled her studies, playing on the varsity field hockey team, and also being a student therapist with two other varsity teams. Since then she has continued to pursue her love of Sport Physiotherapy by completing her Certificate in Sports Physiotherapy and working towards her Diploma. Alice currently works with a local rugby club and the Canadian Field Hockey program. While Alice has a special interest in sports, she is passionate about helping everyone achieve their rehab goals. Whether that is to run a marathon, complete a multiday hike, age with strength and grace, or just walk up the stairs post-op. Alice takes a hands-on and exercise-based approach, focusing on correcting underlying biomechanical issues and building sustainable exercise habits. She is particularly interested in concussion and helping navigate the return to play and return to learn aspects of recovery. Alice retired from organized sports after university, and has instead found a passion for backcountry hiking, trekking and rock climbing. If she’s not in the clinic or the sidelines of a sports field, chances are you’ll find her deep in the mountains somewhere with her family.
