Aliyah comes to us as a licensed massage therapist and graduate of Eastern College in Halifax, Nova Scotia, where she completed a comprehensive 2,200-hour diploma program. She furthered her clinical training with an intensive 5-week traditional Thai massage program at the Sunshine School in Chiang Mai, Thailand, and holds additional certifications in cupping therapy, hot stone massage, Indian head massage, and spa body treatments. With experience in both chiropractic clinics and spa environments, Aliyah brings a results-driven, client-centered approach to every session. Rather than following a one-size-fits-all routine, she takes the time to listen closely to each client's concerns and goals, then draws from a broad toolkit — including Swedish massage, deep tissue work, myofascial release, and targeted stretching — to build a treatment plan suited to their specific needs. Whether the goal is resolving chronic pain, restoring mobility, or simply unwinding from daily stress, Aliyah is committed to delivering therapeutic, outcome-based care that goes beyond the cookie-cutter massage experience. Her passion for holistic healthcare and the therapeutic power of touch informs every session she provides.
