Lauren holds a Master of Science and a Master of Physical Therapy from the University of Saskatchewan. She is committed to ongoing education and staying current with the latest evidence-based research to ensure effective care. She uses a client-centered approach taking the time to listen and understand your story, goals and concerns. No two bodies or injuries are the same. Her treatments are tailored specifically to you, combining hands on manual treatment, exercise programming, education and dry needling techniques (IMS/DN) not only to relieve pain but to address the root cause. Lauren enjoys working with a wide range of clients who are managing everyday aches, dealing with chronic pain and rehabbing injuries. Her goal is to empower you with the knowledge, tools and confidence needed to move better, feel stronger and prevent injuries in the future. Special interests include spinal conditions (kyphosis & scoliosis), chronic pain, postural asymmetries, and strength training. Outside the clinic, Lauren enjoys participating in a wide range of outdoor activities and hopping around to local restaurants and bakeries.
