He worked as a Physiotherapy Assistant from 2016-2018 before he decided to pursue his Master’s. He enjoys working with people across all ages, from teens to older adults, and he looks forward to working with active individuals to get them back to their favourite pastimes. He has previously taught group exercise classes in retirement homes in Pickering, and helped run Pole-Walking exercise classes in his hometown of Uxbridge. Steven incorporates a balance of exercise, education, and manual therapy in his treatment sessions, and is excited to use the resources at Spot Physiotherapy to help his patients achieve their goals. To Steven, a culture of healthy active living and happiness go hand-in-hand, and he wishes to use his position in the community to encourage this culture of health. Steven believes that in order for one to promote a healthy lifestyle one has to adopt a healthy lifestyle. He enjoys hiking through forests, running, and working out at home. He also participates in more unconventional hobbies such as slacklining.
